Convenient location close to the train station with sheltered access to shops and eateries was a highlight. The room had a microwave and comfortable beds, although one bed side caused backache requiring Salonpas. Early check-in with a quiet room was arranged upon request. Friendly staff were noted, and breakfast was very good. Osaki New City had a Sanrio shop in the basement which pleased the daughter.
