The hotel was situated in a convenient location near Oshiage station and Tokyo Skytree, with easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and spoke English. Rooms were clean and spacious for two guests, featuring bathtubs and automated toilets. Amenities included a buffet breakfast with varied choices, laundry facilities monitored via TV, coin changers in the lobby, and vending machines on certain floors. The roof deck offered nice views of the Skytree despite its small size.
