The hotel was conveniently located near Kinshicho train station, offering easy access to JR and metro lines. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with the evening team speaking English well. Facilities included a nice public bath and an onsen that guests found very enjoyable. Breakfast was free but had a limited selection, though complimentary ice cream was provided as a pleasant extra. A convenience store stood right next door for added ease.
