Quiet neighborhood with a 10-15 minute walk to Shin-Koiwa station and a 15-20 minute walk to the train station through a peaceful area. The apartment was clean, well equipped with kitchen, private bath, balcony, washing machine, and had amenities like toothpaste, face wash, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, and bathroom warmer for faster clothes drying. The owner showed passion and attention to detail in managing the home. Food options were plentiful nearby and travel to central Tokyo locations such as Shimbashi (Ginza), Shibuya, Tsukiji, and Roppongi was convenient via Sobu & Yokosuka lines.
