Great stay here. Room was really big, especially for Tokyo standards. Bed and duvet were comfortable. Room was clean. Lots of amenities which was nice. Feels like it could easily be a 4-star hotel. About 10 minutes walking to one train station and 3 minutes to another. Also around 10 minutes walk to restaurants. Takes about 30 minutes by train to get to Shinjuku or Shibuya.
