Friendly staff were hospitable and gave clear instructions, the pod was spacious with enough room for a whole bag, and extra blankets were provided when nights became cold, the hostel was clean, quiet, with comfortable beds and curtains for privacy, located in a quiet neighborhood less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station close to Sky Tree and Asakusa.
