Location near Shibuya crossing, Hachiko statue. Shops, metro, food nearby. Staff helpful. View of passing trains from window. Quick fix for bathroom panel. Early check-in possible. Snacks and drinks in lounge 6-10pm, tea/coffee available. Luggage storage after checkout allowed. Close to galleries, easy metro access for sightseeing. Rooms had all essentials needed.
