The hotel offered a comfortable stay with clean rooms and good facilities. The location was very convenient, situated in an exciting area close to many attractions. Staff were friendly and welcoming, providing free alcoholic welcome drinks in the lobby during evenings. The onsen was spacious and relaxing, with a pleasant relaxation area nearby. Each floor had a microwave available for guest use.
