The hotel was close to Ueno Station and within walking distance to Ueno Park, JR station, and Ueno Zoo. Breakfast was free with options like Japanese breakfast and could be taken to the room if the dining area was crowded. Free drinks were served from 6 to 9 pm, including welcome drinks and liquor after 6 pm. Rooms were small but had comfortable beds, quiet AC, daily cleaning, and toiletries such as hair oils, facial masks, and lotion. Luggage storage was available before check-in and after check-out on the same day.
