Friendly and helpful staff communicated well in English and decorated the lobby with seasonal decorations, breakfast was excellent with western and Japanese options suitable for babies, daily housekeeping included fresh towels every day, strong water pressure in shower and air conditioning worked well, location was central near Kinshicho JR station with many restaurants, convenience stores, a 7/11 nearby, and just 5 minutes walk to the metro.
