The location was superb, very close to Otsuka train station and handy for getting around Tokyo. The room was clean with good facilities, a dedicated ethernet port tested at 100Mbps download speed, and had toiletries provided. Breakfast was basic but freshly prepared with a nice assortment of onigiris, miso soup, pastries, and croissants. The staff were helpful and very friendly while accommodating all requests where possible. The beds were uncomfortable.
