Comfortable room with three beds on the ground floor had phone charging above the head and very good WiFi, small but clean bathroom with shower and drying function was there. Location was very close to JR Takadanobaba station and convenience store was one minute away. Neighborhood was quiet with nice restaurants, which made catching trains to Tokyo attractions easier. Self-checkin system worked well, although there was no lift in the building.
