Great location next to Higashi Shinjuku metro station with easy access to the city and Golden Gai within walking distance, helpful staff who provided softer pillows on request, clean rooms with carpeted floors but limited storage space for luggage, bathroom had drinking water, and free amenities like hairbrushes, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, tea, coffee, razors, shampoo and bath salt were available near the elevator.
