The hotel was located near Ueno and Akihabara with short walks to metro stations and Keisei Ueno station. The room was spacious by Tokyo standards, clean, comfortable, with air-conditioning working well and comprehensive equipment including slippers, toothbrush, and washcloths. The staff were friendly, helpful, kind, patient, and exceptionally accommodating at reception allowing luggage storage after checkout. Washing and dryer machines were available in the hotel.
