The location was excellent near Shimbashi station and Haneda Monorail with convenience stores nearby. The room was clean, compact, with a comfy big bed, good workspace for PC, small kettle, fridge, free high-speed wifi and wired internet. The staff were kind and helpful while check-in was quick with APA card. Parking spaces were limited but available at the hotel front and back.
