The hotel was very close to Shin Okubo and Shinjuku stations with many restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and had a mini fridge and kettle while the washroom had separate shower facilities with shampoo and body wash. The staff were friendly, spoke English, helped with inquiries or directions, allowed early check-in, and kept luggage after checkout. A microwave was in the common area for heating food.
