Clean, comfortable, and spacious room had a nice view of Tokyo port. Staff was helpful and check-in was easy with luggage storage after checkout. Free water station and laundry room were available. Location was great near Shinagawa Seaside rinkai line station and Aeon mall opposite for shopping and dining.
