New hotel with clean, modern rooms that had a washer dryer and sauna in the room, friendly staff were excellent and helpful. The family room was bigger than normal Tokyo hotels with bunk beds for kids, and kitchen facilities were great. Location was very accessible, close to Shinjuku sights, subway stations, restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores within 200 meters.
