The hotel was located literally 5 minutes from Shibuya Crossing with many restaurants, train stations, and a 7/11 nearby. The room was comfortable and clean with free toiletries, pyjamas, hairdryer, hair straightener, a big shower with tons of hot water, good WiFi, and enough space for two people with luggage. The lobby had free drinks, ice, and cake which were very yummy. The staff was friendly and the check-in/out process was easy with an option to access the room before check-in time and leave luggage after checkout.
