Friendly and helpful staff, free coffee at the lobby, umbrellas were provided for guests, room was spacious with a comfy bed despite some discomfort, location was superb near train stations, Family Mart and 7-Eleven, short walk to Tokyo Tower and Zojo-ji with lots of restaurants nearby.
