Friendly staff were helpful and provided free drinks upon arrival, water refills, a microwave, and toaster. The room was small but clean with additional space for luggage under the bed and had good water pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast was included and the location was very close to JR Tabata station with quick access to two train lines. A public bath and free washing machine/dryer were available, while air conditioning worked well.
