The hotel provided a comfortable and quiet room with spotless cleanliness. The staff were accommodating, polite, and professional, allowing early check-in when rooms were ready. The location was very good, situated at the edge of central Ginza and close to notable theatres. Amenities were complete, and connections to nearby stations were convenient despite some walking distance with luggage. Breakfast was described as fabulous during the stay.
