The location was convenient for Tokyo Station and multiple metro stations, allowing easy access to transportation. Staff were friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, providing helpful service including luggage storage after checkout. Lobby areas were well presented. Despite being near Tokyo Station, the area remained quiet but had limited shopping options outside business hours.
