Great breakfast was served at 2000 yens with enough variety and the staff was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. The location was close to the train station, a central JR line, subway, and several large stores with a convenience store across the road that had reasonably priced snacks and meals. The rooms were well equipped, very clean, small but comfortable with nice showers and an awesome view of Sky Tree from one room.
