The staff was friendly and our room had everything we needed, including a balcony we loved for morning and late-night views. It was just a 3-minute walk to the train station, with plenty of restaurants nearby and staff ready to help with suggestions. The room was a good size for two, and though it took 20-30 minutes to get to Shinjuku, being a bit farther out didn’t bother us.
