Helpful and English-speaking reception staff were there and the breakfast buffet was good with amenities including slippers and pajamas, the corner room on a high floor had a very nice view, and luggage could be sent a couple of days earlier which was convenient. The location was great in the heart of Ginza close to everything with access to two Metro lines.
