The hotel featured a modern, clean room larger than typical comparable hotels and equipped with an air purifier. Its location was exceptional, situated directly adjacent to Komagome station on the Yamanote line, providing easy access throughout Tokyo. The check-in process included digital options with staff assistance available. Daily room cleaning was provided, and several convenience stores and bakeries were located just outside the hotel. A tunnel connected the hotel directly to the train station.
