Super close to Ueno Station with a quiet street nearby, the hotel had very clean rooms and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and spoke English, luggage could be left before check-in and after check-out, and a microwave was available in the lobby. The location was convenient for public transportation, shopping streets, 7-eleven, grocery stores, and restaurants. A scale for weighing luggage was also there near the elevator from Ueno Station's pedestrian bridge.
