The host was excellent and very responsive, providing useful information before check-in and promptly assisting with a forgotten headphone by arranging a local courier. The location was quiet and convenient, with supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, cafes nearby and within walking distance to Okachimachi station as well as Ueno and Kappabashi kitchen street. The apartment was clean with good security, had a balcony with a view of Tokyo Skytree, washer facilities were available, and the check-in process was smooth and contactless.
