The hotel was located next to two important metro lines and within walking distance of Tokyo Station and Ginza shopping streets. The room was a good size with a big double bed and powerful air conditioning. The staff were very friendly, especially the lady in the breakfast room who cooked and arranged the buffet-style breakfast with a varied selection of foods. Two convenience stores were on the street next to the hotel for food and snacks at any time.
