The staff were super helpful and patient with us as tourists, and the bed was comfy with good bathroom amenities. We liked having a fridge in the room, and the place was clean with rooms nicely kept by the staff. The location was great, really close to the Imperial Palace and less than 20 minutes by Metro to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo Station, and Ginza.
