The location was great and the staff were friendly, though we needed two rooms since the first was really small-barely enough space to open a big suitcase. Check-in was a bit tricky with the kiosk, but the staff helped a lot, and breakfast was limited for vegetarians, just baguette with jam, though the breakfast team was very nice. It felt like a chain hotel compared to others we stayed at, but it was comfortable and super close to Akasaka-Mitsuke station, surrounded by lively streets full of bars, restaurants, and stores.
