The location was fantastic, very close to Kameido Station and a huge shopping mall with many food options in a nice area. The room had a microwave and luggage storage was free at reception. The laundry room worked well, but the Annex building was dirty with dust everywhere and no housekeeping, requiring guests to clean their own garbage or face fines. Early check-in cost 2000 yen and breakfast was available for a decent price but considered poor by some.
