Friendly and helpful staff spoke very good English and free slippers were a nice gesture, the kitchen was well equipped with washing machine and dryer, the room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities, the location was quiet at night near several Metro Lines within 5-10 minutes walk to Asakusa (Sensoji Temple) and 20 minutes to Tokyo Skytree, an elevator was available at exit A3 for large luggage, Family Mart was around the corner.
