Tokyo Tower views add charm to this hotel near Shiba Park. Rooms are comfortable with thoughtful amenities and excellent air conditioning. The library is amazing, and the restaurant serves great food with craft beer available. Free snacks and drinks include sake and wine. Subway stations are a short walk away.
