Great location in Shibuya, within walking distance to Shibuya Station, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean and modern but a bit small with no windows. Staff were friendly and helpful with smooth check-in and self check-in/out options. Towels were given daily, trash was removed daily, water pressure was excellent, and Familymart was right opposite the hotel for snacks.
