The hotel offered a quiet atmosphere despite its proximity to Shibuya’s busy scramble crossing. Rooms were clean with retro-style decor and provided comfort even if slightly dated. The location was excellent, just minutes from Shibuya station and close to restaurants. Staff members were consistently helpful, polite, and accommodating throughout the stay. Separate rooms were arranged easily when needed for additional guests.
