The hotel was located within walking distance of Shibuya Station and connected by above-street walkways to local attractions like Scramble Square. The rooms were spacious for Japan, clean, and well soundproofed despite overlooking the railway. Amenities included a soaking tub with bath powders and a heated bathroom mirror. Staff provided friendly assistance with self-check-in and check-out processes. The area offered numerous shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby.
