Friendly and helpful staff made check-in smooth and were always ready to assist, the room was clean with a washing machine, dryer, air conditioner/heater, and vending machine downstairs, the bed was super comfy despite the room being a bit small but exactly as pictured. The location was perfect in the heart of Shinjuku with easy access to Shinjuku-Sanchome underground station just 30 seconds away and a 5-10 minute walk to Shinjuku station, close to many restaurants and shopping areas.
