Located in the heart of Ginza, the hotel offered excellent proximity to train stations and direct airport access. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, assisting with local issues. Rooms were comfortable though on the smaller side, typical for Japan, with limited closet space. Breakfast featured a great selection of locally made Japanese food. Convenient amenities included a 7/11 next door and an in-building money exchange machine.
