Rooms were spacious and larger than typical business hotels, with comfortable beds and modern, clean interiors. On-site facilities included a concierge lounge, several dining options such as a Lawson convenience store and a Japanese BBQ restaurant. Staff were helpful, kind, and English-speaking. The check-in process was simple with self-service automation.
